What is the Mold Testing Process?
Mold Testing with Carolina Premier Inspections is a minimally invasive and relatively quick process. Our licensed inspectors first perform a thorough inspection of the property with infrared to identify any areas of latent dampness or moisture intrusion. We then collect samples from indoor surfaces and the indoor air. Those samples are sent to our certified lab where they test the samples. Once testing is complete, the lab provides an analysis that details the type of spores collected, the quantity of spores collected, and information about potential health implications.
