Lead is very common in the paint of homes built before 1978, and exposure the lead-based paint can cause health issues in humans, including kidney damage, nerve damage, and brain damage.

What is the Lead Paint Testing Process?

During a Lead Paint test with Carolina Premier Inspections, our certified technicians will identify and take samples of potential lead paint from indoor surfaces. This process is quick and poses no harm to anybody inside of the house. Once collected, the samples are sent to our certified lab, who analyzes the samples and will give a report detailing the lead content inside the paint and whether or not it meets approved EPA standards.
