CL-100 Inspections

Everything you need to know about Cl-100 Inspections

What Is a CL-100 Inspection?

CL-100 Inspections, also known as “termite inspections” are inspections that are a must-have in South Carolina, with some lenders actively require it!

A CL-100 Inspection serves a multipurpose role. During a CL-100, an inspector will look for:

  • Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites, and Other Wood-Destroying Insects

  • Wood-Destroying Fungi

  • Damage Related to Wood Destroying Organisms

  • Excessive Moisture Conditions

In short, a CL-100 inspection details any past or present damage in your home that is or was caused by termites, wood-destroying fungi, or other wood-destroying organisms.

How Much Does a CL-100 Cost?

A CL-100 inspection with Carolina Premier Inspections is just $95.

Walk Me Through a Carolina Premier Inspections CL-100

A CL-100 inspection is a relatively quick event compared to a full home inspection. During the process of a CL-100 inspection, Carolina Premier Pest Control’s licensed pest control technicians will thoroughly examine the interior, exterior, and access crawlspaces and attics, when applicable, for the items listed above. If any above items are found, they will be noted on the South Carolina Official Wood Destroying Organism report, otherwise known as a CL-100. This report is delivered to you on the day of the inspection. Once the noted items are remediated, a second inspection can be performed, ensuring that everything that was noted has been corrected.

Carolina Premier’s Termite Guarantee
